We are committed to offering you the best online shopping experience, which is why here on the other side there is a completely dedicated team from the confirmation of your order to the preparation of your package and the shipping process.
Jovi works directly with the best manufacturers and suppliers in the world, which is how we obtain exclusive products. After finalizing your order, your package will be sent directly from our international logistics to the address provided at the time of registration, with the exception of customers who have made personalized shipping to Brazil.
To maintain the transparency of our services, it is extremely important to make the following conditions clear:
- Discount coupons are not cumulative.
- The invoice is issued for the amount corresponding to the intermediation of the service provided (logistics/importation), as our products are imported, this is the legal way of taxation.
- In case of loss or any delivery problem related to our carrier, a new shipment will be requested and the delivery period will restart.
- For exchanges, we do not cover the return shipping costs (please check the product measurements on the product page, we are available for any clarifications about our products).
