When do I receive the tracking code?

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to send you the tracking code! Don't forget to check your junk and spam folders. ;)

Do all orders have a tracking code?

Yes, all orders have a tracking code and you will receive it in your email.

My product arrived defective, can I exchange it?

We at Jovi value the quality and excellence of your product, so we ask that any defect be notified via our WhatsApp or email (within 7 days) so that we can exchange your product.

What are the payment methods?

Payment methods are: bank slip, pix and credit card. Up to 12 installments with surcharge.

How is the refund made?

All refunds are confirmed by the bank where the customer receives their copy. When the purchase is made by card: the refund is made by the card itself. If the purchase is made by bank slip: the person must create an account on Mercado Pago with the store's registered email address to receive the refund.
